This policy describes what Calorieo collects, why, and how you can control it. It applies to the Calorieo web app and PWA at calorieo.com.

Plain-language summary

We store your account email and the meal entries you create.
Meal photos are processed to generate calorie estimates, then stored with your log.
We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate product usage.
We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising.
You can export your data and delete your account at any time.

Data we collect

Account data (email, sign-in identifiers via NextAuth), profile data you provide (sex, weight, height, activity, goals), meal log data (foods, portions, macros, optional photos), and basic usage analytics (page views, anonymized device class, country, referrer).

Your rights

You can export your meal data via the in-app export, request deletion of your account and associated data, and opt out of optional analytics via your browser settings. EU/UK users: lawful basis is legitimate interest for analytics and contract performance for the tracking service itself.
