The service

Calorieo is a calorie and macro tracker that uses AI to estimate nutrition from photos, barcodes, and text. Estimates are not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition. Talk to a qualified professional for clinical nutrition needs.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for activity on your account. You must be old enough to consent to data processing in your country (typically 13+ in the US, 16+ in much of the EU).

Your content

Meal logs, photos, and notes you create belong to you. You grant Calorieo a limited license to store, process, and display that content so the service can function. You can export and delete your data at any time.

Acceptable use

No abuse, automation, scraping, or interference with other users.
No reverse engineering of the AI models or service infrastructure.
No uploading content you don't have the right to upload.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." Calorie and macro values are estimates and can be wrong. We are not liable for outcomes that depend on the accuracy of those estimates.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
